Thank you for choosing Print It Now! for your custom printing needs. Please review the following terms before placing your order. By submitting payment and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
⏱️ PRODUCTION TIMES
STANDARD PRODUCTION — 48 HOURS
NO ADDITIONAL FEE
Standard orders are generally ready within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
Production time may be affected if we are waiting for artwork, customer approval, additional information, or materials required to complete the order.
⚡ EXPRESS / SAME-DAY PRODUCTION
ADDITIONAL FEE APPLIES
Need it sooner? Same-day or express production may be available depending on our current workload and the type of order.
Express service is not guaranteed until approved by management.
The express fee is determined by management based on the job and total order cost.
Express and rush fees are non-refundable.
💵 PAYMENT POLICY
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID BEFORE PRODUCTION
We currently accept:
CASH • ZELLE
Production may not begin until the required payment has been received.
🔄 RETURNS, REPRINTS & REFUNDS
CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE
All products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer. Because custom products generally cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
A return, reprint, replacement, or refund may be considered when an item is defective, damaged, or produced incorrectly by Print It Now!
All problems should be reported immediately after receiving your order.

Management may require the original product(s) to be returned for inspection before approving a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund.
⚠️ CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION & ARTWORK
Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing accurate information, including:
Spelling
Names and phone numbers
Dates
Sizes
Colors
Quantities
Artwork
Logos
Design details
Other customer-provided information
Print It Now! is not responsible for errors contained in artwork, instructions, or information supplied or approved by the customer.
Please carefully review your information before submitting your order.
📦 RETURN SHIPPING
When management authorizes a return, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise unless management determines otherwise.
Do not return merchandise without first receiving authorization from management.
🖨️ IF WE MADE THE MISTAKE
If management determines that the problem resulted from an error made by Print It Now!, management will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
This may include:

OR
REFUND
Approved refunds may take approximately 7–10 business days to process, depending on the payment method and circumstances.
Management reserves the right to require the original merchandise to be returned before providing a reprint or refund.

This includes applicable:
Design Fees • Artwork Fees • Express/Rush Fees • Setup Fees • Processing Fees • Other Service Fees
🖨️ REPRINT POLICY
Once an order has been reprinted as a resolution to a reported issue, the reprinted order is considered final.
Reprinted orders are not eligible for additional refunds, cancellations, or returns, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
CUSTOMER-CANCELLED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been submitted, a customer-requested cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund, regardless of how soon after ordering the cancellation request is made.
This policy is strictly enforced because materials, artwork preparation, scheduling, production planning, and other work may begin immediately after an order is received.
CANCELLATIONS BY MANAGEMENT
If Print It Now! management cancels an order, the customer may receive a refund ranging from:
50% – 100%
Each situation is unique. The amount of any refund will be determined by management based on the order’s status, work already completed, materials used or ordered, and applicable non-refundable fees.
☎️ HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests must be made by phone AND in writing by email.

An order is not considered cancelled until the cancellation has been acknowledged by Print It Now!
Orders without an acknowledged written cancellation may continue through production, and the customer remains responsible for the full order cost.

Print It Now! reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply as permitted by applicable law.
